Ian's background spans sales, marketing and operations, with a deep focus on AI and automation — building practical workflows in Make, n8n, Claude, ChatGPT and Google AI Studio that actually save small businesses time. He's a Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt trained, just short of final assessment), with hands-on warehouse and production experience and a strong grip on SEO, the newer disciplines of AEO and GEO, and reporting via Power BI and Excel.

Peter is the inventor and entrepreneur behind CoverMe, the no-ladders-required traffic light cover system — built from years of road safety and product development experience. He's run the commercial side of his own invention from concept to market, and brings that same product-to-customer thinking to every business he mentors.
